Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures and access protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observed activity;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and support security-related procedures;

Observe shipping and receiving activity, report operational or security-related concerns, and support order at the location through a professional presence and consistent application of post orders
