Security Officer Dispatch Command

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.;
Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Document incidents, activity reports, and/or dispatch logs with accurate details to support site procedures, communication, and follow-up on security-related matters.;
Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations by communicating with on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or public emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, while observing conditions, reporting unusual activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
