Position: Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Center
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.;
Monitor alarm systems, cameras, access-control notifications, and incoming communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and coordinate responses to security-related incidents.;
Receive, document, prioritize, and relay routine and emergency calls for service in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.;
Communicate with on-site personnel, management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed during incidents and critical situations.
