Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy to ensure precise panel layout and installation.
- Install custom metal panels efficiently, ensuring a seamless, high-quality finish.
- Perform quality control checks to maintain superior craftsmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience installing exterior ACM, IMP, and HPL panels for commercial and industrial projects required.
- Strong ability to read and follow blueprints and instructions with precision.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including reading tape measure, transit lasers and using drills and chop saws.
- Comfortable working at heights, handling materials, and performing physical tasks-including lifting up to 75 lbs., climbing ladders, bending, stooping, and reaching as part of daily tasks.
- Previous experience and comfortability with operating aerial lifts and other construction equipment. (previous aerial certification is a plus)
- Reliable, committed to maintaining a strong work ethic, and punctual-on time for work each day!
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety protocols, both on-site and in the shop, following company and OSHA guidelines.
- Analytical skills-the ability to use logic and reasoning to troubleshoot, adapt, and solve problems.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
