We are looking to hire a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. This person would also help train HVAC helpers. The position offers a competitive wage, depending on experience, excellent benefits including a comprehensive benefits package, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) plan, free training, and a flexible work schedule.
Qualifications- Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
- Knowledge of applicable state codes
- Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
- Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
