We are currently seeking a Residential HVAC Service Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering preventative care, system performance, and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system health while helping homeowners extend equipment life and maintain year-round comfort.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
Identify system inefficiencies, wear, or potential failures, and communicate findings clearly to homeowners
Make minor repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal system performance
Educate customers on proper system operation, maintenance plans, and energy efficiency
Accurately document service findings, recommendations, and completed work
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Work independently while adhering to company quality, safety, and customer service standards

Minimum HVAC service or maintenance experience as defined by company standards (confirmed during screening)
No specific license required at time of posting; licensing status verified during screening
Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of residential HVAC systems
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety expectations
Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service and communication
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Ability to lift equipment and perform standard HVAC service physical tasks
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and perform daily fieldwork requirements
Proven reliability and strong attendance
