We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience installing all types of HVAC systems, including but not limited to boilers, gas furnaces, and rooftop units. A strong work ethic, problem-solving approach, and excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry as a Service Technician.
• Extensive working experience with multiple types of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with using Service Titan software.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds and work in diverse environments.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with local building codes.
• Test and commission installed systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues during installation and perform necessary adjustments.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and complete necessary paperwork.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure systems are installed correctly and to the highest standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
• Pursue continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
