Integrity Heating & Air in Newark, DE is seeking an HVAC Install Tech with 3+ years of residential installation experience. You will lead installs from start to finish, ensure code and manufacturer standards, and troubleshoot during startups.
This role offers a take-home van with gas card, uniforms, and tools provided, with room for overtime and growth. EPA certification preferred; valid driver’s license required; 7:00 AM start, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
