Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP | Newark, Delaware

An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for the  academic year in a supportive school setting near Newark, DE. This is a contract opportunity running from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, offering full-time hours (3540 per week) and exposure to a diverse caseload.

You’ll collaborate with dedicated professionals, utilizing your expertise in pediatric speech therapy and making a lasting impact on students communication and learning outcomes. Flexibility is key: scheduling can be tailored to elementary (84), middle or high school hours (6:452:45), or even a mutually agreed option, such as 7:303:30 to best fit your preferences and site needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid or pending Delaware SLP license (must be active by start date)
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows
• Prior experience in school-based settings, healthcare, or pediatrics
• Ability to deliver high-quality on-site therapy and support
• Spanish fluency is valued but not required
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat K-12 students with diverse communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
