Vision Quest (VQ) is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide treatment interventions in one-to-one or small group settings for youth requiring specialty services or crisis interventions. You will promote safe decision making, supervise and protect youth rights, and support their care plans.
You may administer Safe Crisis Management and verbal interventions to youth at risk, while maintaining a respectful, therapeutic environment and collaborating with the care team.
