Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high‑performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience across the full development lifecycle using Java, Spring, and modern front‑end frameworks—especially ReactJS. This role requires a detail‑oriented, collaborative individual capable of delivering high‑quality software solutions in an Agile environment. The candidate must work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring proven expertise in developing secure, maintainable, and user‑friendly applications.
TechnicalExperience
- 10+ years of relevant IT development experience.
- 6+ years of hands‑on web development using Java and Spring.
- Strong experience writing JUnit tests.
- 4+ years of UI/UX development using HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS (expert‑level required), jQuery, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Proven ability to develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) with ReactJS.
- Experience creating custom reusable React component libraries.
- Database experience with any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience building REST APIs (JAX‑RS, Swagger, YAML).
- Experience with web services and related development approaches.
- Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies.
- Prior experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with source code management tools:
Git, Bitbucket, SVN. - Experience with build tools:
Maven, Ant, etc. - Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Batch.
- Working experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible Tower, or other similar platforms.
- Comfortable using IDE tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Web Storm, Atom, Notepad++, Sublime Text, or Web Matrix.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and inclusiveness.
- Self‑starter with strong motivation, ownership, and innovation mindset.
- Ability to provide technical solutions and contribute to system automation and analysis.
- Capable of designing and developing common/shared reusable solutions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
