Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Core Java Developer (DE) x2 to join their dynamic team. As a Core Java Developer (DE) x2, you will be part of the Application Support and Development department supporting critical production systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Develop and maintain core Java applications supporting high-volume transaction processing.
Perform issue analysis, debugging, and triage to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
Support release management and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions.
Engage in API integration, testing, and documentation to facilitate seamless system interactions.

What's Needed?

Proven experience with Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
Strong understanding of design patterns, UML, and system architecture.
Experience with J2EE, App Servers (Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat), and Spring frameworks.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP Web services, XML processing, and related frameworks.
Familiarity with version control, continuous integration tools, and database systems.
