Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Motorcoach Operator position located in Newark, DE. The Motorcoach Operator will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to passengers, ensuring punctuality and a positive travel experience. Daily responsibilities include operating motorcoaches, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, assisting passengers as needed, and maintaining a clean and professional vehicle environment. Drivers are also expected to deliver exceptional customer service across various routes and engagements.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Motorcoach Driving and Defensive Driving, with a focus on safety and vehicle operation.
- Experience in Bus driving and Driver Training is preferred.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on providing excellent passenger experiences.
- Holds a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with necessary passenger and air brake endorsements.
- Ability to work on-site in Newark, DE, and flexible with schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Clean driving record and dedication to passenger safety.
- Previous experience in motorcoach operations is a plus.
