Forklift operator

We are recruiting a daytime Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team.

• MUST speak & read English
• Scanning experienced preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in a warehouse
• Experience operating forklifts
• Ability to work with scanners
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced working environment
• Ability to maneuver cases of product (lift, move, carry, slide, etc.) in excess of 50 lbs. and reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches frequently in accordance with safety regulations
• Ability to handle any hazardous materials in an appropriate manner
• Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pre‑Employment Screening, including Drug & Background Check

Compensation according to experience

• Safely use a forklift to move pallets throughout the warehouse to ensure on time delivery
• Load and unload trucks by hand and by forklift, as well as other shipping and receiving duties
• Packaging outbound orders
• Stack and restack pallets as necessary
• Willingness to be on and off the forklift throughout the shift doing other duties as requested
• Utilizing the lift equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs
• Identify damages
• Maintain forklift log and need for repairs
• Comply with company policies and guidelines
• Assist in keeping a safe environment
• Conduct inventory counts
• Ensure cleanliness of work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
