We are seeking a professional and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Bus Driver. This on-site role, based in Newark, DE, involves operating buses to transport passengers safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include following designated routes, adhering to schedules, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring passenger safety, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will prioritize safe driving practices, maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, and provide courteous assistance to passengers as needed.

• Proficiency in Bus Driving and experience operating large passenger vehicles
• Strong Defensive Driving skills and adherence to safety protocols
• Completion of Driver Training programs and possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger (P) endorsement
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive and accommodating experience for passengers
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations in Delaware is a plus
