OTR​/Local CDL Driver

Job Summary

OTR CDL Driver – pay at $.62 per mile (OTR) or $30.89 per hour (hybrid). Transport goods and freight from one location to another.

• Sign‑on bonus: $2,500
• Equipped with 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Penske tractor‑trailers under full maintenance plan (leased)
• Referral program: $2,500 for each driver referred
• Safety bonus program paid quarterly
• Paid time for detention, layover, canceled load, breakdown, bad weather, holiday, bereavement, and birthday
• Bluetooth hands‑free devices permitted
• PTO after first year

• Transport goods and freight from one location to another using a truck or tractor‑trailer.
• Complete a pre/post‑trip inspection on the tractor and trailer before and after each trip to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect the load to ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured.
• Comply with all traffic laws and FMCSR regulations, including hours of service restrictions.
• Work weekends as needed.
• Load and unload trailers using hand, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Pick and pack materials for shipping.
• Travel to company warehouses to provide onsite support for all warehouse functions.

• Maintain a current, non‑expired Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year of verifiable comparable driving experience, including pulling 53ft trailers.
• Meet the physical qualification and examination under 391.41 DOT regulations.
