Rail Pros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to provide on-site roadway worker protection near live railroad tracks. You will coordinate job site activities, including dispatcher/train communications, and ensure compliance with on-track safety rules.
Expect travel across multiple states and routine safety trainings. The ideal candidate has 20 years of supervisory track inspection or RWIC experience and can complete required onboarding, background checks, and drug/alcohol testing.
