Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Label every product and place it accordingly in stock.
- Maintain and update account of stock and inventory.
- Complete documentation on all returns.
- Perform and report cycle counts.
- Execute accurate Oracle transactions for all inbound/outbound materials.
- Assist in the development of logistics procedures to create the most efficient processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures, including standard job instructions and required PPE.
- Maintain and implement general housekeeping/5S in warehouse and yard areas.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High school or equivalency diploma.
- 2‑4 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Experience and certification in forklift operation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Preferred experience with Oracle.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Basic hand‑tool experience.
- Knowledge of operating warehouse and material handling equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time‑management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish effective cross‑functional working relationships.
- Ability to work onsite Friday–Sunday 6:00AM–6:00PM, including occasional overtime as business requires.
- Must be able to perform job duties outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) and tolerate environmental exposure for extended periods.
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. at a time.
- Must have manual dexterity to assemble products as directed.
- Must have excellent hand‑eye coordination.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Full on‑site, in‑office role working the weekend shift (Friday‑Sunday, 6AM–6PM). Flex hours and occasional overtime are required as the business requires.
CompensationSalary range: $18.73 – $26.95 per hour. Total compensation includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.
