MRO Inventory Coordinator

MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Inventory Coordinator – contract opportunity located in Newark, DE
.

Pay range: $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

• 2 years of experience processing purchase orders
• Strong computer skills:
  Outlook, Excel, SAP

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders for maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Communicate regularly with the maintenance team to determine required supplies and parts.
• Research and negotiate maintenance product pricing with vendors.
• Assess purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Receive and compare price quotes against requirements, budget, and purchase orders.
• Manage aspects of purchasing and distribution.
• Order all inventory for maintenance and the site.
• Ensure inventory records are updated and accurate, including physical inventory matching SAP records.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years of experience processing purchase orders.
• Strong computer skills:
  Outlook, Excel, SAP.
