Insight Global is assisting a legal solutions client of ours in identifying an Accounting Manager to join their growing company. They are looking for an Accounting Manager that has the skill sets to perform a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping functions. They are also looking for an organized and efficient professional to help with our daily and monthly financial responsibilities.

• Accounts Receivable

• Communicate with vendors & clients

• Accounts Payable

• Monthly and Quarterly reporting

• Payroll processing

• Reconcile bank accounts

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Assist with month-end closing

• General accounting and data entry projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting

• Ability to compile and analyze data

• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Quickbooks online

• Reliability, Organization, and ability to multi-task

• Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Client-centered mentality
