We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations for a manufacturing and distribution organization. The role is focused on bookkeeping accuracy, accounts payable processing, and working across multiple accounting systems in a structured operating environment.

Bookkeeping & Accounts Payable

• Perform daily bookkeeping, including transaction entry and account reconciliation
• Process accounts payable, including invoice review, matching, coding, and payment execution
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate general ledger support and financial documentation
• Work across multiple accounting and operational software platforms
• Use Excel for reconciliations, tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate accounts payable activities with offshore AR/AP support and internal credit functions

• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping and accounts payable
• Tech-savvy
  , with experience using multiple accounting systems
• Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, formulas, data tracking)
• Experience with invoice matching and vendor reconciliations
• Manufacturing or distribution accounting experience preferred
