Join Our Team as a Tax Senior!
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of client engagements, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in a public accounting firm.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-demand projects simultaneously while staying on budget and on schedule.
  • Strong technical skills across a wide range of accounting and tax issues.
  • Capability to supervise and develop staff as needed.
  • Professionalism and composure under pressure with both clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quick Books, and other accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technically accurate work with minimal review required, demonstrating strong expertise and independence.
  • Schedule and manage projects effectively to meet deadlines and avoid last-minute rushes.
  • Supervise and mentor staff assistants, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality, timely work.
  • Oversee all aspects of client engagements, from planning and budgeting to final deliverables and billing.
  • Develop meaningful client relationships and earn their confidence as a trusted advisor.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying leads and opportunities for additional services.
  • Participate in networking and community activities to strengthen the firm’s presence.
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures and maintain the highest professional standards.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and firm goals.
