Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager that has the skill sets to perform a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping functions. We are looking for an organized and efficient professional to help with our daily and monthly financial responsibilities.

• Accounts Receivable
• Communicate with vendors & clients
• Accounts Payable
• Monthly and Quarterly reporting
• Payroll processing
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end closing
• General accounting and data entry projects as needed

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting
• Ability to compile and analyze data
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Quickbooks online
• Reliability, Organization, and ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Client-centered mentality
• Detail-oriented
• Enjoys working in a team environment

• Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. eastern time
• Office is conveniently located attached to Newark Penn Station (buses & trains available)
• Office environment is comfortable and designed to be conducive to a professional, productive and collaborative workplace.

• Starting salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience
• Discretionary year-end bonus
