We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Summer Intern to join our Corporate Accounting Team and perform tasks in the areas including general accounting and/or financial reporting.

• Our intern projects are designed to give you real‑world accounting experience
• Develop understanding of various accounting areas i.e. general accounting and financial reporting
• Document the procedures performed, including detailed steps and procedures
• Assist manager(s) in analyzing financial information and identifying areas for improvement
• Communicate regularly with manager and other team members to provide progress updates
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to team projects as needed

• Field(s) of study:
  Accounting
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program at an accredited university.
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the accounting function
• Knowledge of system testing and integration processes
• Experience developing and writing testing scripts and test cases
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Timing:
  May – August, or June – September pending class schedules.
• Duration of Internship: 12 weeks; the end date is flexible based on individual needs.
• Work Location & Environment:
  Newark, NJ. This position will be fully in‑person. Onsite work required from first day. The working environment will be a mix of lab & office work.
• Compensation:
  Student compensation is non‑negotiable, ranging from $26 to $38 hourly.
• Relocation:
  May be provided on a case‑to‑case basis.
• Housing/Transportation:
  Must provide own living arrangements and transportation in the local area.
• Background Check:
  All offers are contingent on clearing a background check.
• Drug Screening:
  All offers are contingent on passing a drug screen.
• Medical benefits:
  Dental, vision, and medical on day 1 for all interns working full‑time.
• Visa Sponsorship:
  Lucid may but is not obligated to sponsor foreign national employees requiring U.S. employment authorization.

The compensation range for this position is $26–$38 hourly, based on location and current degree level.
