Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all invoices for multiple business entities.
- Raise invoices and ensure timely collection of payments against them.
- Handle accounts payable, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
- Handle accounts receivable, including follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments.
- Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Manage and update accounts using Quick Books and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Track income and expenses, ensuring accuracy across all affiliated businesses.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Profit & Loss statements to track financial performance and provide insights for management decisions
- Support tax filing requirements by maintaining complete and accurate financial records.
- Maintain property-related accounts, including rent collections, utility bills, expenses, and upkeep records.
- Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management
- Work closely with management to ensure transparency and support decision‑making in financial operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Knowledge of Quick Books or similar accounting software.
- Good understanding of payroll processing and bookkeeping principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across different businesses.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience:
3-4 years prior experience is preferred. We value dedication, intelligence, and a willingness to learn.
