Audit Supervisor

Insite US is partnering with a well‑established public accounting firm in New Jersey that is looking to add an experienced Audit Supervisor to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional to take on a leadership role while working with a diverse client portfolio.

• Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review audit work papers, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, auditing standards, and firm methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes and internal controls.
• Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience, with significant audit experience.
• Previous experience supervising audit staff and managing engagements.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• CPA license preferred; EA (Enrolled Agent) credential will also be considered.
