Senior Auditor Public Accounting Firm
Location:
Bergen County, NJ or Westchester County, NY
Compensation: $ - $ per year
The ideal candidate is a CPA who can run audits, reviews, and compilations independently with no need for supervision. This hands‑on role requires a dependable, detail‑oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage audits, reviews and compilations.
- Supervise staff and ensure timely, accurate fieldwork.
- Review financial statements and apply GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 842.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.
- Prepare and review Form 990 and related nonprofit filings.
- Communicate clearly with clients and lead engagements.
- CPA with public accounting experience.
- CPA license preferred.
