The Oneil Search Group is seeking a diligent collections professional to strengthen relationships with attorneys and clients while optimizing cash flow. You will support effective collection efforts by documenting strategies in our collection software and coordinating with attorneys on aged receivables.
You will analyze firm reports to identify trends, meet billing and collection deadlines, and respond promptly to inquiries from clients, attorneys, and internal teams.
