We're working with a growing boutique CPA firm based in South Jersey, close to the Philadelphia bridge, that's building out their tax team the right way.
What the role looks like:- Tax preparation across individuals and businesses
- Running a set of client accounts end-to-end
- Just one day a week in the office - the rest is yours to manage
- 4-day work weeks throughout the summer
- A small team where your contributions are actually seen
- Real work-life balance not just something they say in interviews
- A culture built around people, not headcount
- 2+ years in public accounting (CPA firm experience preferred)
- Experience with individual and/or business tax returns
- Someone who wants to grow with a firm, not just fill a seat
