Administrative Clerk
Duties as needed but not limited to use of computer, scanner, calculator, telephone, copy/fax machines and other duties as assigned.
* Payroll - calculating timecards and keying into payroll system
* Assist with payroll reconciliation
* Document filing
* Install new and preowned units (fleet)
* Pull plates/ File plates
* Package all plates
* Pay bills for all new units
* Payroll adjustments
* Dates all checks
* Research payroll errors
* Register cars in NY and CT
* Surrender units in NY and CT
* Scanning of Documents
* Installation paperwork for new cars
* Vehicle Deletions
* Salvage
* Reports
* DMV work and package
* Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask in a busy office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-starter, follows directions and meets deadlines with minimal supervision
* Strong Customer Service Skills, internal and external
* Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook E-mail, Faxing/Scanning
* Communicates concerns and/or questions to supervisor promptly
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
* High School Diploma/GED
Wage: $18.00/hr
