Office of the Superintendent
The Superintendent invites qualified and interested persons to apply for the position of Executive Aide - Confidential within the Office of the Superintendent.
DefinitionThe Executive Aide - Confidential is primarily responsible for assisting with the effective operation of the Office of Superintendent focusing on supporting the Superintendent and the administrative team as needed. Due to the nature of the role, handling of sensitive/confidential information is required. The Executive Aide - Confidential reports to the Superintendent. This position may also be responsible for other duties as assigned.
Qualificationsand Requirements
- Seven to Ten (7-10) years of professional level experience supporting executives
- Superb computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- The nature of the office requires handling of confidential/sensitive information.
- Act to relieve the Superintendent of detail by providing information to those requesting it
- Execute on necessary operational systems and processes.
- Assists in providing high-quality customer service to all stakeholders.
- Assists in maintaining a schedule of appointments and the daily engagement calendar of the Superintendent.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems related to the Office of the Superintendent operations.
- Arrange and organize meetings and travel arrangements.
- Reviews, sorts and routes incoming correspondence.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Superintendent
Salary, Employment Period and Union Affiliation- Salary: $76,683 - $82,000
- Employment Period:
Twelve (12) Months - Union Affiliation:
Non-Union
