LHH is partnering with a not-for-profit organization in Essex County to hire an Executive Assistant supporting the Director & CEO. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring five days per week in the office. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and daily scheduling
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate communication and logistics with the Board of Trustees
  • Support board and committee meetings, including materials preparation and note-taking
  • Maintain organized records, files, and governance documentation
  • Oversee expense tracking, budgeting support, and reimbursements
  • Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Support office operations and drive process improvements as needed
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of senior-level executive administrative or operations experience
  • Proven experience supporting executive leadership and working with boards
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office and collaboration tools
  • Flexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend needs
