A business is seeking a reliable and organized Secretary Bookkeeper to support backend operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a fully remote, flexible role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of keeping business operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do- Organize and manage backend business operations
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and workflow coordination
- Create proposals and estimates for clients
- Send invoices and track completed work
- Monitor open projects and assist with scheduling
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic business software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and reliable
