Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours/week) - August 21 – September 11:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)
Seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role provides high-level administrative support, manages complex scheduling, coordinates meetings and travel, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics
- Coordinate meetings, events, and VIP visits
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials
- Serve as a liaison across teams and with external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support reporting, expense processing, and general administrative tasks
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–4 years of executive or administrative support experience (or Master’s with 0–2 years)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
$30.00 to $32.00 per hour
