We are a thriving accountant and tax specialist office with a substantial client base, committed to delivering exceptional financial services. Currently, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head Accountant and Tax Specialist, managing various administrative tasks.
- Organize emails, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless workflow.
- Facilitate payments for clients and maintain accurate payment records.
- Act as a key coordinator for client needs, ensuring a high level of service.
- Listen to instructions and manage tasks efficiently.
- A highly intelligent individual with a positive and energetic demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with clients and internal team members.
- Proven ability to independently figure out tasks and take initiative.
- Flexibility in schedule, with occasional Sundays required during tax season.
- Prior experience in administration or a related field.
