Payroll Coordinator II – Burlington, NC 27215Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
- Works closely with the other post payroll processors and leaders in support of the weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll submission and processing, ensuring data is completed accurately and timely.
- Performs routine and non-routine data retrieval, research, analysis, and reporting from payroll records as needed.
- Manages daily HR People Services cases for employees, legal, employee relations and outside agency inquiries to ensure timely responses.
- Completes and submits forms to agencies as required including Broadspire W/C, Subpoenas, VOEs, etc.
- Provides daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to other areas within the business as required.
- Process daily on-demand checks, including data entry, printing, validating, shipping and performing all tasks required for this process.
- Performs office functions such as electronic and/or paper filing, records management, mail distribution and other duties as assigned.
Associate degree and 3 years experience of work experience in payroll / and 5 year’s experience if no degree
Preferred QualificationsSystems experience, preferably Workday & ADP Smart Compliance

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

The Payroll Coordinator role provides end-to-end payroll support for the respective countries, ensuring accurate and on time delivery. This payroll role resides in the Global Payroll function, contributing to the end-to-end payroll process and ensuring that all payments and reporting deadlines, as well as local, state, country, etc. statutory compliance requirements are met.
