A law firm receptionist is the front-line face of the business. They greet guests, manage multi-line phone systems, route messages to attorneys, and process mail. They also schedule appointments, maintain office supplies, and handle basic filing while keeping strict client confidentiality.

- Welcomes guests and direct them to the right lawyer.
- Prepares conference rooms for meetings or depositions.
- Keeps the lobby neat and professional.
- Answers multi-line phone systems and routes calls.
- Takes detailed messages and assists with client inquiries.
- Manages firm emails and general contact forms.
- Sorts and delivers incoming mail and signs for packages.
- Prepares outgoing mail and coordinates couriers.
- Orders office supplies and kitchen items.
- Tracks files and manages basic case data.
