Position: Operations Admin II-1
Fed Ex -  - Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to hub and station operations including linehaul, quality assurance and customer service;
Enter and review data in various systems and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management;
Serve as frontline customer service to address inquiries and escalate issues as needed;
Assist with tracking and documentation for BCSA audits and DOT/IC-related files;
Assist with loss prevention, package tracking, and ensuring correct scan statuses and timely delivery
