Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Full-Time, In Office

Salary: $60,000 annually

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to support the daily operations of a real estate development and investment company.

This position will work directly with the owner and provide administrative and operational support across scheduling, bookkeeping, vendor coordination, document management, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and can manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and provide direct support to the owner.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, emails, and correspondence.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses and maintain accurate Quick Books records.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and general financial administration.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site managers, and consultants.
  • Track deadlines, payments, documents, and outstanding action items.
  • Maintain contracts, invoices, company files, and business records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business materials.
  • Handle confidential business and financial information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, operations, or executive support.
  • Strong Quick Books and bookkeeping experience required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
  • real estate, property management, construction, or finance preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
