GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to assess vehicle damage, write estimates, and negotiate settlements. You will collaborate with body shops, rental providers and parts suppliers while gaining hands-on experience at our Ashburn facility and in field training centers in NY, TX, and CA.
Applicants should have customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license. Licensed candidates may receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus; annual salary ranges from $64,575 to $104,748 depending on location
