Senior Buyer

The Senior Buyer is responsible for managing the Sourcing and Procurement activity for customer specific, new product development projects, and all other order types per package assignment to ensure cost optimization, lead time, material management and to meet all H+ంత requirements.

They search for new suppliers or existing network of suppliers, qualify them, and further develop the current supplier network. Additionally, they negotiate global purchasing contracts and price agreements for the scope of the project. Role needs a close collaboration with all related departments to get dépend best results for all our internal and external customers.

Education:

• BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or Related Field
• APICS CSCP certificate is preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply chain

Skills/Knowledge:

• Experience.tag in Clas material sourcing (electronics, machined components, cable etc)
• ERP tool skills are essential (preferred SAP)
• Project Management skills (preferred PMP)
• Proficient computer skills (bekiston Microsoft Team, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the pay range for this role in New Jersey is $85,553-$105,901. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final kubwa amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
