Location:
Santa Monica, CA | 40 hours per week (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) | Salary: $176,100 to $238,200 per year.
- Drive transportation and logistics business growth through effective engagement with C‑level executives, line of business owners, logistics leaders, third‑party solution providers, and others.
- Establish Amazon Transportation Services as a primary transportation provider across the strategic accounts managed, promoting the entire ATS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers.
- Lead and influence customers to leverage Amazon Transportation Services to improve the efficiency and scale of their operational network.
- Define a compounding, multi‑year sales strategy and grow a book of business with a set of Enterprise Customers.
- Establish new relationships between Amazon and customers, engaging C‑level executives and articulating Amazon Freight’s vision and value.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to determine how to meet the needs of envisioned customer experiences and unlock maximum partnership value.
- Resolve operational roadblocks to enable business growth.
- Deliver business outcomes while guiding customers to operate more efficiently with new innovations and network capacity.
- Relay market needs to internal Amazon teams—including Product Management and Technical—acting as liaison to ensure integration of our products into customers’ technology landscapes.
- Assess portfolio risk, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
- Domestic travel up to 30% may be required.

Basic QualificationsEmployer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field and three years of experience in the offered job, supply chain, transportation, freight industry in operations management, market development, senior account management, or a related occupation.
In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field and five years of progressively responsible post‑baccalaureate experience in the offered job, supply chain, transportation, freight industry in operations management, market development, senior account management, or a related occupation.
- Three years of experience in enterprise transportation planning and operations.
- Three years of experience in cross‑functional management.
- Three years of experience in transportation innovation.
- Three years of experience in project management to deliver and manage critical project milestones.
- Experience with relationship building and influencing at the C‑level of Fortune 500 customers.
- Experience using technology tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Access, Word, CRM, JDA (TMS), SAP (SD/APO), Oracle, PLM, Analytics/Data (Domo, Tableau).
- People‑management experience.
Domestic travel up to 30% may be required.
The pay range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $176,100 to $238,200 per year; base pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
