The Global Technology & Operations Value Management Office (GT&O VMO) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide Strategy & Portfolio Management support, with a focus on analyzing, developing, and reporting on portfolio management, operational and performance metrics. This role partners closely with data owners and reporting teams to understand how data needs to be structured for consumption. Responsibilities include defining data quality validation criteria, implementing automatic error detection schemes, and applying data governance and standards including data definitions, data quality rules, and data lineage.

This position also supports domain owners and data stewards to analyze quality issue root causes and remediation efforts.
What you'll do:  Serve as a data analyst for managing the GT&O portfolio activities and governance:  
• Ensure that Data Governance related activities are prioritized appropriately, and all deadlines are met; ensure data quality metrics are accurately recorded, actively monitored, and data issues are remediated on an ongoing basis  
• Develop method(s) to capture and report on value/outcomes being delivered via GT&O initiatives  
• Find methods to retrieve data related to various performance metrics and coordinate with stakeholder to define targets / best practices  
• Perform analysis on portfolio related metrics and work with initiative SMEs to ensure data accuracy along with testing the resulting reports to ensure alignment  
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for internal and client stakeholders
