** Your Team & Role
** The Director, Procurement Relationship Management plays a key role in advancing Prudential’s enterprise procurement strategy by partnering closely with senior business leaders to translate BU and functional priorities into structured commercial opportunities. This role serves as a trusted advisor across the business, connecting stakeholder needs with GSP’s full suite of capabilities—including Sourcing & Category Management, Contracts/CLM, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Systems & Analytics.
** Key Responsibilities
** Coach stakeholders on procurement processes, interpreting KPIs, and navigating the sourcing lifecycle to improve efficiency and experience.
** Qualifications
* * 10+ years of experience in procurement, consulting, financial analysis, or supplier management.  Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence without authority.  Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, or operating models.
