We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in procurement and travel coordination. The ideal candidate will manage vendor sourcing, purchase processes, and corporate travel arrangements while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies. This is a Work From Office (WFO) contract role based in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities Procurement Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
  • Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement requirements.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Maintain procurement records, invoices, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval workflows.
Travel Coordination Responsibilities
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation).
  • Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to secure best pricing and service.
  • Manage travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
  • Track travel expenses and support budget management.
  • Provide support for urgent and last-minute travel arrangements.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement and travel coordination.
  • Experience managing corporate travel bookings.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and cost optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and procurement/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite (WFO) in New Jersey.
