ARE YOU THE HIGH-BALANCE COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE OUR TEAM NEEDS?

If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our High-Balance Collections Representative!

• 1+ years of consumer collection experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Professional, courteous, career‑minded approach

Experience with consumer debt collection is a plus!

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This is a full‑time collector role with the following hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9 am – 6 pm
• Wednesday: 10 am – 7 pm
• Friday: 9 am – 5 pm

In this collector position, you will handle daily outreach to consumers, manage high‑balance accounts, and use your negotiation skills to establish effective repayment solutions. Your day will include consistent dialing, maintaining professional communication, and resolving accounts with accuracy and courtesy. Each interaction provides an opportunity to apply your expertise, contribute to team goals, and strengthen your success in a rewarding environment.
