Associate Program Manager

• Support efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of both client and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross‑functional internal teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives.
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative.
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and progress.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless program delivery.

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Target compensation: $105,000 – $120,000 depending on experience.
