Proven experience in strategic business analysis roles. Proficiency in stakeholder identification and management. Extensive knowledge of business concepts. Experience in working with external vendor resources. Strong meeting facilitation skills. Knowledge of organizational structure, processes, and technology.
Skills in promoting the benefits of business case development to stakeholders. Leadership experience, including the ability to manage team dynamics and address conflicts. Understanding of factors that contribute to successful team functioning.
