Tradeshow & Events Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tradeshow & Events Specialist to plan, execute, and manage national and regional trade shows, physician education events, roadshows, product user meetings, and product spotlight events for Mammotome, a Danaher operating company. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

• Drive the event planning process, delivering end-to-end integrated tradeshow and event experiences, including setting goals and objectives, measuring ROI, and managing budgets.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all national and regional trade shows, physician and product education events, roadshows, and user meetings, acting as both planner and project coordinator to ensure successful execution.
• Provide HCP documentation and Sunshine Act reporting.
• Create standard work, processes, and systems for all trade shows and events, collaborating with Product Managers and Sales to ensure accurate presentation of content.
• Analyze event results and use findings to develop and implement continuous improvement recommendations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, physician education, training, or related field.

• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience coordinating professional physician education programs.

• Travel up to 40% of the time for on‑site event coordination; seasonal variations:
  Spring 40%, Winter/Fall 25‑30%, Summer 10‑20%.
• Overnight domestic and international trips ranging from 1 to 7 days.

Annual salary range: $75,000 to $85,000. Eligibility for bonus and incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
