Associate Director, Global Commercial & Pipeline Strategy - Radiopharmaceutical Therapy

At Rayze Bio, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, this role focuses on driving the strategic direction and commercial success of the RPT portfolio. The position is based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support launch readiness and lifecycle management for pipeline and in‑market assets, including scenario planning and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy & operations, Market Foresight, and Project Management teams to ensure operational excellence and cross‑tumor alignment.
  • Prepare and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate the commercial potential of our pipeline assets and new targets of interest, including target‑product profiles, market opportunity, access landscape, and revenue forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, and potential customers to gather insights and support for the product launch and development.
  • Monitor and report on commercialization progress, including key performance indicators and market feedback, to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Apply AI to improve team execution and decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field (MBA, PhD, PharmD preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in oncology commercial strategy, marketing, consulting or related roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.
  • Deep understanding of the oncology market landscape, including solid tumors and RPT.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Experience with asset launches, lifecycle management, and business development is preferred.
  • Strategic agility, commercial acumen, cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder management, results orientation, accountability, change leadership, adaptability.
  • Self‑starter who can prioritize time and effort on the areas of greatest interest to Rayze Bio.
Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Occasionally lift or move up to 15 pounds. Requires close and distance vision.

Compensation Overview

Princeton, NJ - US: $172,668 - $209,233 annual base. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final pay will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
